Dollars for Doers is a program that “follows the lead” of our employees by donating money to community organizations where they volunteer. Through this program, C&S makes financial contributions to nonprofit groups based on the amount of time our employees volunteer – one dollar for each hour of service up to $1,000 for 1,000 hours volunteered.
