The United Way creates long-lasting community change by addressing the underlying causes of significant local issues. Common focus areas include helping children and youth achieve their potential, promoting financial stability and independence, and improving people’s health.

Since 1974, employees of C&S have been supporting local United Way chapters across the country. Employee donations are matched by C&S for twice the impact.
