The Feeding America network supplies 63,000 charitable agencies that distribute food directly to families through local food pantries, soup kitchens, emergency shelters, after-school programs, Kids Cafes, and community kitchens.
Each year, Feedling America food banks provide food assistance to more than 25 million low-income people in the United States, including more than 9 million children and nearly 3 million seniors.
C&S has supported Feeding America food banks since 1994, and together we have provided millions of meals to neighbors in need.
We are currently partnering with Feeding America on several initiatives, including one to help expand the capacity of their BackPack Program to reach 50% more children nationwide.
